Because our platform provides real-time, anonymous, and user-generated chat services, we do not actively monitor every message or link shared by users. However, we take copyright violations seriously and will act promptly to remove infringing content or restrict users who violate this policy.
1. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA notice by contacting our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be valid, your notice must include:

2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, we may take action at our sole discretion, including:

Restricting or banning users responsible for violations
In our effort to be transparent, we may share a copy of each legal notice we receive with the Lumen Database for publication and annotation.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a strict Repeat Infringer Policy.
Users who repeatedly share copyrighted material without authorization may be permanently banned, including blocking access by IP address where appropriate.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court
We may restore the content if appropriate under applicable law.
5. False Claims Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly submits a false claim of infringement may be subject to legal liability.
